2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that time.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please contact me at mail@3bat3.com with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds are not available for partial months of service or for renewals after the initial 30-day period, except where required by law.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
